Arizona-based CAID automation, created in 2012 as a branch of CAID Industries, merged with Samuel, in 2018, bringing enhanced capabilities in the life sciences and energy markets.

In 2021, Samuel acquired Systematix, a reputable provider of complex automated systems, founded in Ontario in 1988. Subsequently, in 2022, Samuel acquired Ontario-based RAMP Inc., founded in 2010. As experts in robotics and automation, RAMP is renowned for its sophisticated customer support and autonomous mobile robot technology. Collectively as Samuel Automation, this expert team harnesses innovation to provide outstanding technical solutions.
