Phone And/Or Teams Interview
After reviewing your application, a member of our talent acquisition team will contact you if the role seems like a good fit. You will be interviewed by phone and/or asked to complete a video interview.
On-Site Interview
You will be invited to a Samuel location to meet with the hiring manager and other members of the Samuel team.
Offer
If you are successful, you will be contacted by phone with a verbal offer, followed by a formal written offer. You have two business days to respond. Offers are conditional on completing our background check.
Background Check
Requirements vary slightly by country and role. Standard items include a reference check and verification of your past employment.

We offer a range of learning and development opportunities, including:
• A company mentorship program, which is open to all employees, at every level.
• Leadership development training for new managers and senior leaders, which blends online and in-person learning.
• A tuition reimbursement program that allows you to continue your learning outside of the organization. Samuel Automation will cover educational costs up to $10,000 annually.
• An online learning club that is open to everyone. This free resource offers access to hundreds of courses, which can be completed at the time that works best for you.
