Exceptional environmental control you can count on
What is a Cleanroom?
A cleanroom is a controlled environment where pollutants and other airborne particles, like dust, microbes, aerosol particles and chemical vapours, are highly restricted.
They’re most commonly used to ensure product safety and are classified according to ISO standards (ISO 14644-1), which indicate the size and number of particles permitted in each system by volume of air.
To meet these standards, our cleanroom features:
A built-in monitoring system to test for airborne particles before, during and after production to ensure air integrity
Specialized materials that are not reactive, additive, or absorptive
Positive air pressure and airlocks to limit outside contamination
Automated production technologies to control the manufacturing process
Our design allows us to control and closely monitor factors like room temperature, humidity, electro-static discharge and noise levels – which can all be adjusted to meet your exact specifications – and the way people move through the room, as it is essential to contain debris from skin and clothing and to prevent cross-contamination.
Lastly, as pollutants tend to travel downwards, making the ground one of the greatest contamination risks, we have also specifically selected a floor that is resistant to cracking – since bacterial matter can accumulate in these gaps – and can stand up to the corrosive chemicals and solvents needed to keep things clean and sanitized.
From proper flooring, to correct entrance and exit flows, air filtration, temperature and humidity control our cleanroom meets even the strictest regulations, allowing us to create the products you need on site, saving you time without sacrificing quality.
Cleanroom Benefits
Contamination Prevention
By limiting microscopic particles, microbes, and other contaminants, cleanrooms can ensure product quality or experimental results.
Product Safety
By preventing biological contamination, cleanrooms ensure health-related products, like pharmaceuticals and medical devices, are always safe for human use.
Regulatory Compliance
Cleanrooms help companies meet strict cleanliness standards set by regulatory bodies like the FDA. Our processes and products meet the highest requirements in pharmaceutical, medical device, and clean energy manufacturing.
Higher Volume
By reducing defects caused by contamination, cleanrooms can increase manufacturing efficiency and reduce waste.
Quality Control
A cleanroom’s consistent, controlled environment helps ensure processes are 100% reproducible, which can lead to more reliable products and outcomes. We remove any risk of humidity, static, or particulates compromising your final product.

Consumer Products (Humidity Control)
Challenge: A Fortune 500 company needed us to design and build a high-speed assembly line for industrial and first responder products. Being made of paper and glue, these products were highly susceptible to humidity.
Solution: We discovered the sensitivity during the most humid time of year, which happened to coincide with our planned Factory Acceptance Test (FAT). Our humidity-controlled build environment ensured process stability and enabled us to deliver the high-quality product our customer needed.
Medical
Challenge: Our customer contracted us to design and build a quality inspection system that could check for 30 potential defects, including particulate, on the finished goods. Parts needed to be inspected at a rate of 60 pc per minute, with 360-degree inspection. The particle inspection was to the X micron detection.
Solution: By isolating the system in our dedicated cleanroom environment, we eliminated contamination risks, ensuring consistent, high-precision defect detection.
Clean Energy
Challenge: A clean energy manufacturer needed to meet precise humidity and temperature specifications in order to print a controlled pattern for membrane assembly that would properly adhere to the substrate. Without a controlled environment, print quality suffered, and adhesion failed.
Solution: We delivered a humidity-controlled build, customized to their exact specifications, ensuring flawless printing, adhesion, and system performance.
These are just a few examples of the many customers we’ve been able to support.
By removing the time required to learn about their environmental concerns and find ways to control the environment in our facility, our on-site clean room allows us to deliver the fastest and highest quality solution, every time.
